Oldina Ski Club Victoria Inc (Oldina Alpine Club, “the Club”) regards our member privacy as an important part of our relationship. The following privacy policy applies to all Oldina Alpine Club users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.
This website collects minimal personal information. If you are making a booking you will be interacting with the booking site and your personal information will only be used to fulfil that booking.
If you use one of the links in this website to email the Club, anything in that email inquiry is not considered part of this website, however, Oldina will ensure to the best of our ability, your information is safeguarded and only disclosed as you would expect.
If you have questions or concerns regarding this privacy policy, you should first contact our membership officer.

Collection of Information

Any information collected by Oldina Alpine Club through this website is collected via correspondence from you when you click on an email link.
Information collected when you make a booking using the online system is collected only for the purpose of managing that booking. It is not shared with any third parties. Information such as credit card /debit card information is managed securely though the eWAY system.

Use of Collection Information

Any details collected from Oldina Alpine Club members (and where appropriate guests) is required in order to provide you with your booking or to respond to an inquiry.
Correspondence is recorded in order to provide a service record. This is information is not shared outside of the Club.

Storage of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

If your personally identifiable information changes, you are asked to update this information yourself in the ‘manage accounts’ tab on the booking site. Alternatively, if you are experiencing difficulty, please contact the membership officer.

Oldina Alpine Club uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and critical service details including the club newsletter. If you do not wish to receive such correspondence, request to be removed from any mailing lists by contacting us.
You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party (e-way) that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party. We use this information for billing purposes and to fulfil your bookings only. If we have trouble processing a booking, we will use this information to contact you.

Oldina Alpine Club may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Oldina Alpine Club does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses or where you would not expect this disclosure.

Oldina Alpine Club uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

  • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
  • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Oldina Alpine Club or any outside party.

Delivery Policy

After booking and paying online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your booking payment within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your booking confirmation via email within one working day. If you wish to query a booking  please contact us  via the booking officer.
