
Oldina Ski Club Members receive a priority booking period for the upcoming snow season. Generally this accords in the month of March each year, however they can book at any time.
Guest bookings open mid-April. We do not take guest bookings without a member recommendation and bed nights are capped at seven (7) nights in August for members and their guests.
Booking enquiries can be lodged by email to the Booking Officer. Please use the availability link to check for potential beds before making an enquiry.
To make a booking enquiry please download the official booking form and fill out completely with ALL names of people in the booking party, genders and ages.
Members and regular guests with a booking log-in should make and pay for their own bookings once the automatic booking system is turned on in mid-April.
Note: Summer bookings cannot be made until winter season close.
Electronic payment is our required method of payment. These can be made via the secure eWay gateway using either a Visa or MasterCard Debit or Credit card. Card payments can also be made manually via the booking officer, we also accept payment from a Member Account with existing funds. Please call the Booking Officer for details if you prefer payment in this manner.
Confirmation of booking requests will be made on receipt of payment unless a Member Account exists with sufficient funds to complete the payment. Please check all booking confirmations carefully. Oldina Alpine Club accepts no responsibility for errors not brought to the attention of the booking officer within 14 days of the date of receipt of confirmation.
Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
Booking receipts are issued upon confirmation of the booking usally via email. Check the details are correct and note the facility access code which is usually placed in the bottom left hand corner of email. Access codes for both properties are changed regularly for security purposes. Oldina Alpine Club accepts no responsibility for errors not brought to the Booking Officer's attention within 14 days of date of receipt of confirmation.
If a cancellation is required, the following cancellation rules apply;
Booking Cancelled:
- Greater than 14 days from booking – Full refund
- Between 7 to 14 days – 50% refund
- Within 7 days – Nil refund
A refund may be allowed for later notice subject to re-booking potential.
Alterations will be made at no cost.
Finally, please check all booking confirmations carefully.
Note: Full refunds apply for cancellations made due to COVID-19.
Children five (5) and over are welcome at all times with allowances for children three (3) to four (4) during school holiday periods, please refer to the booking officer for more information.
Equipment stored at the lodge or apartment is not covered by Oldina Alpine Club insurance and members or guests must take responsibility for their own cover.
